Teen Tournament: Week 1 Episode 1

~This was the first episode of the teen tournament. It will last two weeks. the five winners and the four contestants who have the highest amount of money move on to next week.
~The contestants were Emily Lever, Bonny Jain, and Will Dantzler.
~Will found the first daily double. He wagered $3,000. The question was: Louis and Clark began their expedition on May 14, 1804 by traveling up this river on a keel boat. The correct answer was the Missouri and he got it right.
~ At the end of the first round Emily was in third place with $2,600, Bonny was in second with $3,200, and Will was in first with $9,800.
~ Will found the second daily double. He bet $4,000. The question was: What was the memory erasing fruit that was eaten by Odysseus's men. The answer was lotus and he got it wrong.
~ Will also found the last daily double. He bet $3,000. The question was: Two historic books in the Old Testament. He answered Kings and was correct.
~ At the end of the second round Emily was in third with $8,600, Bonny was in second with $10,400, and Will was in first with $20,000.
~ The topic of Final Jeopardy was Historic Americans. The question was: On July 11, 1804 he gasped to his doctor "this is a mortal wound". He died the next day. Emily answered Alexander Hamilton and was right. She wagered 3,000 and ended up with $11,600. Bonny answered Burr and was wrong. He wagered $6,266 and ended up with $4,134. Will answered Hamilton and was right. He wagered $801 and ended up with $20,801. Will was the winner.
